Google acquires e-commerce services

Acquired company "Google" on Wednesday the company "Channel Intelligence" competent in the area of electronic commerce.

The company operates "Channel Intelligence" since its inception ten years ago in helping product owners and retailers to increase their sales through the Internet.

And pushed the "Google" of $ 125 million in cash to acquire a company that operates in 31 countries with 850 retailers around the world.

The organizers of the company "Channel Intelligence" official transaction via their blog, and stressed that they are looking forward to working with Google to serve consumers to buy the products from the Internet as well as serve their customers to expand their trade.

It is believed that the deal will mainly support e-shopping service to "Google" and known as "Google Shopping" to expand the U.S. company in the field of e-commerce.
